Great location, convenient for sightseeing and close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the tasty cooked breakfast and the fact that it was included in the price. the hotel was within walking distance from the train station and the dock for cruise ships.
There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it difficult to carry our three suitcases to the room. the noise from the nearby pub, especially on weekends, was quite loud and lasted until late at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a family of five. the location was prime, with easy access in and out of the hotel. the pub had a great atmosphere and the live music on Friday night was amazing. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options including a build-your-own Müsli station and an egg station where they made eggs to your liking.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the train station and right next to the popular Drosselgasse. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast in the Irish restaurant overlooking the river is a unique experience. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views over the vineyards and cable car. Additionally, the well-stocked fridge and fans in the room provide extra convenience and comfort during hot weather.
The hotel is situated close to the train station, so there may be some noise from passing trains.
